PackagesSynergy Wellness Packages are designed for the needs of each client. Packages for virtual clients are created from services I can provide remotely. Packages for face to face clients can include the full spectrum of my services. As always, the elements are designed to fit the clients specific goals and needs. It is a collaborative approach.
A 55 year old woman wanted to lose some weight, gain leg strength for the ski season and learn how to make better nutrition choices for her own health and the health of her family. She lives in the Seattle area so here is the package we designed for her.
Personal Training - 1 session each week. We did a baseline of strength and cardiovascular fitness to set up her training intensities. Each week we did one face to face training session. I gave her specific workout assignments for her other two solo workouts for that week.
Nutritional Therapy - Symptom assessment and functional exam followed with nutrient support recommendations as indicated in the evaluation. This gave her a plan to follow for a month when we re-checked her status and made changes as indicated.
Cooking and
Raw Food Preparation - We took a field trip to Whole Foods to learn about healthy choices. She invited some friends to a Raw Food Preparation Party, a demonstration and hands-on learning experience in her kitchen.
In two months she was able to make great strides towards her goals, improved her kitchen skills and the nutrition choices for her whole family.
A 42 year old man who is a competitive cyclist and runner sustained an overuse injury. We worked together on a weekly basis doing Rossiter myofascial workouts to ease the restriction in his movement pattern and provide proper nutrition for healing. The package looked like this:
Massage Therapy - 30 to 45 minute session weekly.
Nutritional Therapy - Symptom Assessment and recommendations for healing nutrients and the best foods to support a quick recovery.
Motivation and support are powerful and his recovery progressed steadily.
